Prescott Community Center Quilt Show
December 2007

For your viewing pleasure, the latest presentation of quilts has been hung by the Thumb Butte Quilters Guild.  This is a collection of red and green and Christmas quilts.

The makers of the quilts now hanging in the atrium of the Prescott Adult Activity Center are as follows:  (standing at the Reception Desk, looking South out the front door, beginning with the first small quilt in the southwest corner, and going around the room clockwise).

Flo McLean, quilt maker.  (small quilt location--southwest corner)   This quilt is a block-of-the-month pattern.

(Large quilts on the West wall)

• Jamie Bennett, quilt maker.  This quilt is a Thimbleberries pattern, made for her daughter.
• Lorraine Owen, quilt maker.  This group quilt is a reproduction of a quilt made in 1880.
• Beverly Ginnelly, quilt maker.  This quilt is Beverly’s version of the quilt pattern, “Under the Mistletoe”, that appeared in the July/August 2006 edition of Fons & Porter’s Love of Quilting magazine.

Jean Ehlers, quilt maker.  (small quilt location--northwest corner)  This is a bargello quilt pattern. 

Kathryn Edwards, quilt maker.  (small quilt location--northeast corner)  This is a collection of Christmas prints accented with white stars in the sashing.

• Susie Martin, quilt maker.  A Block of the Month challenge issued by Mountain Top Quilters in 2005.   
• Dorothy Henry, quilt maker.  This quilt will delight the kid in all of us!
• Dorothy Henry, quilt maker.  This is a fabulous collection of fun Christmas blocks. 

Jennifer Eakman, quilt maker.  (small quilt location--southeast corner)  A Christmas sampler quilt.
